Join Chef Anne Hynes with new takes on Moorish flavours. Tonight we make the addictively delicious Warm Spiced Beef Birouats with Scorched Lemon Yoghurt Sauce, Cucumber and Mint Salad; Moroccan Chicken with Tomato, Saffron, Honey and Spices with Buttery Couscous; Parsley, Walnut and Tomato Salad with Pomegranate Molasses; Spicy Roasted Pumpkin with Lime and Herbs; and end our evening with Meskouta (Moroccan Orange cake) with Citrus, Orange Flower water Syrup and Cardamom Whipped Cream.
Wine is included in the price of class. Wine pairings, a red and a white option are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre. With advanced notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for your enjoyment.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
