Sun soaked and radiant, join Chef Anne Hynes and celebrate the delectable flavours of Provence. We will create a feast inspired by the French countryside, beginning with a Salad with Marinated Chevre with Baguette Toasts; Roasted Chicken Provençal; crisp crust, juicy Herb Stuffed Tomatoes; Sauteed Chard, Chili and Garlic; and the perfect end to a summer's feast, Almond Cake, Roasted Stone Fruits and Crème Chantilly.

Wine is included in the price of class. 19+  Wine pairings, a red and a white option are provided by our resident wine expert, Amy McIntyre.

With advance notice we are also happy to provide non-alcoholic craft wine for your enjoyment.


If you have food sensitivities or dietary restrictions please check with your local Cookery location, before before registration. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.

Cookery maintains an optional masking policy, you are not required to wear one during the class, however if you feel more comfortable with one please bring one.
